Because of the overwhelming number of animals we saw I will be posting galleries of photos.  Some were seen in Zulu Nyala, and others in other parks.  The Rinos that are pictured will not have their location shared due to the need to protect their location from poachers.

The giraffe below is chewing on a bone for extra calcium. Then he (maybe she) spit it out.

Zulu dancers are pictured on the left.  During their dance they tried to get me to dance with them and I said no :) ...to eliminate hard feelings we hugged later.  Their dancing was unusual to say the least and I will try post a video at some point.

Below are the three elephants that are in the Zulu Nyala Game Park.

Cute little kitty....NOT...This Cheetah was in Penda Game Park...free to roam thousands of acres. He was laying near the fence line at the Zulu Nyala border.

Below is my purchase for our home.  These are the typical Zulu weaved baskets.  The colored ones are made from telephone cord and  woven very tightly.

This was a fun place, where you could purchase items very reasonably. When we pulled up into the parking lot there was a goat eating a banana off the rack.

We have never seen pineapple so perfect. The flesh inside was a pure golden yellow and looked fabulous.

    About  Us

After my husbands widow maker heart attack in 2004, the doctor said just relax and enjoy life for a while. So it happened: the 43' NewMar Mountain Aire coach was purchased and the house sold....eventually. Relaxing? Not always! We are truly blessed to spend this time together... and with friends.
