
If baby hippos can be brats this little one, was a brat. He or she spent the afternoon between these two adults chewing on their ears and sitting on their faces.
Egyptian geese are swiming below. They are pretty much everywhere in south Africa.
The White and Black Rhino
The location of these rhinos remains a secret, so I am unable to reveal what state we saw these in. These endangered rhinos are highly protected by many means, but still are being poached. 100 more this year again. Its crazy and dangerous to hear what the poachers are capable of. Cutting off the horn to protect them has not helped because the poachers will kill them anyway out of spite. Private preserves are having more success than the National parks in doing this dangerous job of protecting these large creatures.
