Someone in this place has a sense of humor with these stump animals.

We enjoyed this park.  Great home made dinners on Thursday and Fridays.  Our sun set views each night were stunning.  Nice pool and hot tub were enjoyed.

We were playing dominoes at sun set.  Bob didn't even win...amazing.

Kay and Marvin's dog Brodie proved to be Gracie's best friend.  rode was 9 months old.  They ran around and played most of the week.  No picture of Kay and Marvin :(  ... whats up with that?

Kay found the Garden Cafe' in Old Yuma, our lunch visit was charming.
In the picture below I bought many boxes of these ice cream/caramel pops in Mexico.  Does any body know who sells them in the USA ?  They are a super good, to die for, treat.

Randy and Lonna showed us how to hunt scorpions at night with a black light, flash light.  Who knew this!  We are from the East and never heard of this type of activity! It was so fun.  Needless to say I held Gracie.

Next time we are in Yuma we want to take the farm tour.  Looking at the countless fields and not knowing what is what, kinda drives us crazy.  We would love to know more details. The world's veggies grow here we were told.  It is amazing to see them grow before your eyes and then to watch the harvest.  Below the picture might be alfalfa or Duram wheat.  Both are grown here and look similar at the start, from a distance.  Irrigation channels are every where.  All moves like clock work here.
I think I have other pictures of the fields in other posts.

Leaving Yuma for Mesa , AZ

Headed  into Yuma , on I 10 you can see a big bill board that says "BUILD THE WALL AND CRIME WILL FALL" ( I didn't get a very good picture of it)     ...Just saying...
National Park Rangers now have to brief visitors and campers, in what to do when you see illegal activity in the National park...just saying..

Yuma people told us that this wall would be one step, in many, that will help...we are glad that during our many 4X4 treks in the desert we did not find a decaying human.  Others are not so blessed.  Our hearts go out to the families that have lost loved ones.  Loved ones that were lost to false promises made by the evil individuals who are taking families life savings and promising easy access into the USA.  It is true that money is the root to all evil.

It is a Biblical fact that we must have our own housed in order before we can help others,  without this our help is in vain.
Affordable housing is a mandatory step for all income levels for us to be able to help others humanly.

    About  Us

After my husbands widow maker heart attack in 2004, the doctor said just relax and enjoy life for a while. So it happened: the 43' NewMar Mountain Aire coach was purchased and the house sold....eventually. Relaxing? Not always! We are truly blessed to spend this time together... and with friends.

    Up Date:

September 2015 now traveling with Ford F350diesel dually and Host Mammoth Truck Camper.
